Lots of people ask me just how I manage to keep so fit despite my advancing years. Well the answer is quite simple: good diet, plenty of exercise and regular bowel movements

Today on Toonarama I would like to show you some exercises that you can try at home; whatever your age. But don't forget to remove any expensive ornaments from the vicinity before you start!

Running Robson

I like to start with some gentle running. Just take your time, start slowly and build up the speed. Don't forget to breathe and keep a smile on your face at all times.

Bear with me I will pick up the speed very soon, anyway I am really moving very fast.. it is the speed of your connection that is slow

Many of you will recognise this particular exercise as one of the many I try and incorporate into my goal celebrations

After you have warmed up I then progress onto something a bit moe strenuous. You might like some music for this one so dig out those Brass Band records and get down to the beat. Please be patient a pensioner like me needs time to get going....... Aerobic Bobby

Finally something that one of the young lads at the club showed me. Now be careful, you might not be able to pick this one up straightaway. But persevere and you will be a real hit down the dancehall.......... Acrobatic Bobby
